Welcome to my website, here is where you can follow me on my journey to achieving my goals in life, one being weightloss and fitness and the other finding that happy balance in my life.

***UPDATE 1st July 08***
  We are now
1/2 way through the year, I have lost the plot a bit for the last 3 weeks, I need to get back on track and am slowly doing that. I have 26 weigh in's left for the year and I am going to lose 25 kilos in that time.

A Bit About Me

I have not always had a weight problem, I used to play a lot of sport and swim a lot which kept me slim. I have always used food to deal with struggles in life. I am one of these people that ate when I was happy, sad, angry, bored etc. I was/am an emotional eater. 2008 is all about me and after giving myself to everyone else for years I am allowing myself to use this year for me.

I am now 44 years old ouch and always said I wanted to be at goal weight when I turned 45, so I wont be far off. I am a mum to nearly 13 year old twins (boy/girl) and live in the beautiful North Island of New Zealand.

Weigh in is a Tuesday and on the photo page I will be updating the photos for every 15 kilos gone.
